Meet Our Director
I started JH Cloud Solutions because I saw first-hand how many businesses were being let down by poor IT support, slow responses, lack of ownership, and providers who only showed up when something broke. I wanted to build something different. My focus has always been on providing reliable, proactive IT support that businesses can genuinely depend on.
I work closely with business owners and teams to make sure their systems are secure, running properly, and supporting their day-to-day operations without unnecessary complexity. Whether it’s Microsoft 365, security, devices, or overall infrastructure, I take pride in making IT simple, dependable, and properly managed.
As the business has grown, I also launched JH Web Solutions to provide reliable UK-based web hosting and domain services, giving clients a complete and trusted solution for both their IT and online presence.
Based in Essex, I enjoy working with local businesses as well as organisations across the UK, building long-term relationships and being someone they can rely on. For me, it’s not just about fixing issues, it’s about helping businesses run smoothly, securely, and with confidence.
